"I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again." ~William Penn

I echo all the sentiments. This board has meant so much to me. I don't know how I would have made it through this process without the support of everyone, especially ALJD and Pixie!
Thank you so much for everything. And good luck to all!!!!

Those of us who have been involved with this issue over the long haul can really appreciate what a service ALJD, Pix and others have provided. I got on the register in the late 90s, shortly before the Azdell freeze took effect. In those days there was some information sharing on the old ssas.com board, but that was a board designed for claimant's reps, not for ALJ issues. Both the quantity and quality of online information specific to the ALJ hiring process are vastly greater now.
Best of luck to everyone who is waiting on a call. A few of you are friends whose screen names I know, most of you are people I will never meet face to face. I wish you all well.

Ditto, Pix and ALJ. I have you to thank for what very little sanity I have left.
This reminds me of Peter McKee's old orignial board, except without the flaming and vitriol. It's truly refreshing and a true compliment to both the current and the future ALJ corps.

I had no sanity to start with.
The Priestess Pixie and the King's Counselor ALJD both have earned undying gratitude from so many. I dip my horn in homage.
