Total and complete HUNCH: What I'm sensing now is that some Power That Be somewhere set the calendar year-end as the target date for getting the NORs out. Hence the status change now, in preparation.
Edit: I'm a non-vet and went Complete with no SD notation (notwithstanding my limerick in the other thread).

Public employees often have goals in their performance evals to be met by a certain time, (or departments are given certain goals by higher management). If the 7 days or so holds true, we could see something the end of next week. devildog-- I don't remember whether I "used" Application Manager or not. But, OPM uses it to keep track of stuff, so you may be able to see something. Go to your USA Jobs account and work through it and see.

latecomer - I don't think future meant any offense. We do this when things change so we can share information. For example, he's also throwing out he has a 10-point pref and does not feel good about the LBMT. That is often desired information - Veterans are the least likely to be in the "cut" group (although it does happen). And I agree that my initial assessment of someone with a "Complete, see details" - might not be good news, but we're way too early to tell. The "Complete: see details" was definitely bad in the past. One does not want to be in the group that is not veteran heavy in this process. At least that is how I took it. Thanks i could not have explained it better myself. Getting on the register is just another hurdle cleared. I would hit the lottery if i clear the next hurdles that lie ahead. No presumptions on my part about landing a job

My status changed to complete as well, and I'm not a vet.

I know of at least three transfer offers that have been made this week and these were not HOCALJ vacancies.

Where are you seeing "see details tab" after Application Package Status at the top of the page or at the bottom in Application Processing Status?

OK, forgive me if I'm dense, but would someone kindly explain how the following (from my "Package Status") is different from others?
Application Package Status - See Details TAB. External Assessment - Complete Application Processing Status - Complete
Thanks.

I will give the "See Details" people hope: I have See Details and, call it a high horse or not, it is inconceivable that I didn't make the register.

External Assessment - Complete Application Processing Status - Complete Thanks. I must be dense, too, because I don't understand. I was not looking at the top, but actually ON the details tab, when I said before that my status was "complete." I'm not getting why "see details tab" would be a bad thing when you then look at the details tab and it says complete.

The "See Details" folks' status reads,
Application Package Status: See Details Tab
My understanding is that the majority of people now have the following,
Application Package Status: Complete
Previously we all had,
Application Package Status: Awaiting Results you will be notified

I apologize, I now see that I have See Details Tab next to Application Package Status. 5 pt vet, again. I'm wondering how many people looked at the application status ON the details tab, and not at the top. I have no idea what the top section said before, since I never looked there, but it says "see details tab" now. And on the details tab, it says "complete" where it said "awaiting results" this morning. I don't know what that means, but hopefully some others will chime in so we can get a clarification.
