As if they need weather for an excuse. I can shovel snow very well, and I'm quite generous with numbers. If OPM wants, I could go and finish the registry for them and get everyone their NORs by the close of business. This is what we call a win/win.
Just in case anyone is worried about my grading curve, I do not keep my scoring methodology a mystery. Below is how I will score you for the register -- specifically meeting the minimum required for the registry.
For the WD you will receive maximum points should your written response simply state:
"Oh OPM, you heartless, sadistic people."
Whereas you will not reach the minimum if your response contains the following:
"OPM, have I told you lately that I love you?"*
*Unless you happen to be Rod Stewart.
Any other response will be sufficient to make the register with plenty of points.
For the SI, and I will do my best not to give away classified information, you will receive full points if your response to the question, well, I can't say the question, but you will know by the correct answer...
Answer: You completely describe exactly what was in the briefcase in Pulp Fiction and how that relates to your legal career.
You will not receive the minimum score if you simply laughed maniacally. I know this will knock out a lot of people, but my hands are tied on this one.
Anything else will be sufficient to make the register with plenty of points.
