Does anyone remember the name of company that developed the new exam with OPM?

With the confidentiality involved in the entire testing process, I would not want to delve into the company that developed the test or otherwise dig for information about the process. No way .... Totally not worth the discussion.

Registering just to ask a question related to the testing process with a name like Devil's Advocate....seems suspect at best.

Not to mention that the subject of the original post has very little to do with "the good of the order" to my mind. The OP can pursue that information through other avenues... their choice.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and give the benefit of the doubt that the op isn't trolling.
People are obviously upset about getting cut and, with the general lack of information provided concerning the reasoning of opm, they are grasping at any straw to build an appeal argument on.
I do recall being told by a current alj that he was initially cut many many moons ago and it was later discovered that a specific location for the outside grading enterprise had cut everyone sent to them. Somehow that info got out, formed the basis of appeals and led to many wrongfully cut being allowed to move on.
Maybe our argumentative satanic friend here is looking for evidence of something similar.
That said, I honestly don't know the company or any info.

I think DLOTS did post something about the contractor involved before he disappeared, but I guess all of his info is suspect now!

I know who it is but I'm not saying. If a lawyer has seven plus years of litigation experience, they can find it the same way I did. BTW, it won't get you anything unless you have really good intel like they tanked an entire set of tests for some idiotic reason. If a person knows that much, they'll know the company the person works for since it would be the first line of their affidavit...

Yep simple research and no need to enlist the board in a matter that is way too close to the confidential agreement. I don't even want to tread close to that edge.

Futuressaalj you spent way too much time digging up this clip to post, however, since we have nothing but time while we wait, please have at it. LOL!

Since you all are killing time, the OP's avatar reminded me of the blonde one with glasses that had a 7 figure practice with her husband and was excited to be a Judge even though she couldn't hear her husband's cases. I haven't seen her in a long time and was wondering if any of you remeber her or the name she went by. I was just wondering what happened since she was so perky and excited.
