Call me paranoid. ...
Has anyone who has received a call for interview been on a previous cert?
Has anyone who has been interviewed on a prior cert, not been called?
Has anyone who has been 3-struck, not been called?
Looks to me like the names being called for interview are newer to the board and the cert process with SSA.

If you made the certificate you will be called. Hang in there.

If you made the certificate you will be called. Hang in there. I don't blame HT for being nervous, as we actually don't know that, yet. We've assumed that with a new register everyone would be interviewed again, but it would be nice to be sure.

Just a guess, but if a 3 struck from the prior register was gonna be applied to the new register, such a person wouldn't have even made the cert. Right? I mean, if that were the case, OPM would know not to submit that person to odar. So, if a person that knows they were 3 struck on the last register made this cert, I think that would prove they got a clean slate with the new reg.
Now, whether one who had previously been interviewed on an old cert will get a new interview on this one.....that's an excellent question. Like Ob53, I have assumed a new reg meant clean slate and such an individual would get a new interview. But, one of the first things I learned from reading this board was you only get one interview with odar. That factoid is all over the board, but usually in reference to not getting an additional interview each time one makes a cert.
Id still guess a new reg means clean slate (especially given the wholesale changes to the process) and everyone starts fresh with an interview. But, just maybe, the new quest to save $ makes them say, "we interviewed X in 2011, no need to do it again." If so, or if prior 3 strikes carry over, we can add those to the long list of things candidates should have been told at the initial application stage.
I think you are fine, HT, Ob53 and others. But you are absolutely right, serious mind easement if someone in similar situation would post they have their interview scheduled.
Good luck

Yes, I feel fairly positive that everyone on the certificate must be provided an opportunity to interview. That is the personnel procedure for selections from registers. This is a new register, new testing, new opportunity. I don't think SSA is trying to overlook anyone. There are a lot of people to call and a lot of arrangements to make. Also, under merit systems principals ... if you interview one reachable candidate, you interview all reachable candidates. See, 5 U.S.C. § 2301(b)(1). Lastly, while not a three time Passover (got on the register too late in the game with a small GAL) I was interviewed on the last register and was scheduled yesterday for an interview on June 5th.

Good luck A three struck person is only left off that agency's certs by OPM if the agency asks them to, which ODAR did in 2012 through the end of the old register, when all the three struck people started being left off. We know that that action did not carry over onto this register, as people who had been three struck by ODAR before are on this cert. The interview is sort of a separate question, but I would think after all this time, and running this new gauntlet that ODAR is largely responsible for, everyone who was three struck on the last register should get an interview. I think you could read the applicable regs in different ways, but I certainly haven't looked at them all. I hope agilitymom is right.
