Off-topic: Being free from bias always means issuing decisions based on applying the law to the facts. Right now that means issuing a decision that I find devoid of common sense. Judges, don't lose your common sense.

I wanted to bump this above the spam. I also wanted to share this wonderful song with the board. It is a rule in my household to play Christmas/holiday music when the months of the year end in "ber" (i.e. September, October, etc.). I have been playing Christmas/holiday music since October. I have tried to spare the board, but I just can't hold back any longer. *lol* Finally, to those who were a part of the Michael Jackson vs. Prince debate some months back, below is another example of why Michael is the best
