Yeah, same here. I read 3 or 4 posts and was on the verge of being aggravated when I realized that this was from 3 years ago.

So sorry Bayou, yes the report is old I had just wondered if with the benefit of hindsight, any long time board members had any perspective on whether that report from December of 2014 had been influential. It was so critical of the NOSSCR organization and of claimant reps in general and I was particularly shocked by the negative comments about the Chief ALJ (who I think is now different from the current Chief ALJ)and other SSA officials. As a newbie, I have reviewed many old threads with interest and amazement. I appreciate the expertise and insight of forum legends expressed in comments on this Board.

It's on me to actually pay attention to the dates and your question was a fair one. I have my app set to open a thread to new posts and I assumed it had on this one but it didn't for some reason.

That would be much easier than having to go back into my browser on my phone and find the right page.

If you have an Apple iPhone, the ProBoard App will not work with iOS 11. It needs to be updated.
I have been Boardless with my iPhone App for several weeks. I guess I can use my internet app to go to ProBoards, but I really like the convenience of the App.
I hope someone can update the App so those of us with iOS 11 can return to using our Apps to access the Board.

I downloaded the app, but then I couldn't even find this discussion, so I haven't even tried to create an account within the app. I use the iPhone, with iOS 11 also, so it looks like it wouldn't have done me any good to have created the account. If anyone here has "one neat trick" they can share for using the app on an iPhone, do tell!

Saw that in the timeline and thought "Again???"
There have been some tweaks but the biggest tweak is the newer judges call a tighter strike zone for the most part but several judges senior to me say they aren't calling it tighter but they pay rates have fallen because there are more bad cases coming through.
