Changes to Listings for Chronic Kidney Disease

There have been some significant changes to Listing 6.00 and 106.00 for Chronic Kidney Disease. The changes were effective the first week in December, but snuck up on me. This has apparently been in the works for some time, but I just became aware of it. Worth taking a look at 106 again and noting some of the changes...
