All those folks giggling about 4/20 will have some 'splainin' to do when they're sitting with the nice man in the white cinderblock room - the one with the one-way mirror and the polygraph machine.
Just kidding. No polygraph required, I don't think.

I am willing to bet offers will not start until tomorrow at the earliest. That would be one week post GAL preference return. It might even be later, but tomorrow at the earliest. (Hopefully, this means offers come out today.....LOL!) It seems like forever since the last offers came out, although it has only been a couple of months.

Does anyone know what phone number(s) Bob uses when he calls? I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. I would hate to ignore a call from Bob.

Got a call this morning from a strange area code. Of course, my heart stops and I pick up the phone. The call went something like "Hi, this is Barry from the loan department. Your business has been selected ...." Needless to say, that was a big letdown, when I am waiting on pins and needles for "the call."

I kept getting calls from Verizon with a Maryland area code offering to upgrade my office phone service.

And I'm not getting any calls at all, because I'm in a 4 hour temporary injunction hearing that is now entering its third day. The courthouse sports zero reception. I feel like I'm living Groundhog Day, and every evening I see that no one from 703 called.

I believe the last time interviews were scheduled it took at least a week to make all the calls. Several people were making travel arrangements less than a week from the interview date.

If I ever get the call, this is the part of the practice I will miss the least. Good luck with your hearing.

I've often been amazed at how a temporary injunction hearing can last nearly as long as the temporary injunction itself.
