And remember at least one poster ask for a reschedule and his/her testing was reset to the spring of 2016. I wonder how that figures in to the Oct-Dec scoring, Nors, etc?

My wag is that he/she will no longer be considered in the Oct-Dec group for scoring...thoughts? I agree. We know there is more testing--most likely a register refresh--coming in the Spring. I think anyone who had to be rescheduled from the current group that's testing will be folded into the testing for that Spring group. I don't think OPM will delay scoring the current group for the postponees.

There is also the anticipated refresh that they have to get testing started for by April. Even if they aren't grading on a rolling basis (which they could do), there is less they have to do this time compared to 2013. Your Feb estimate might turn out to be pretty good. Do they wait til everyone is done to send results if they grade on a rolling basis

They could also be planning for some 10 point vets to test in early spring 2016.

We don't know whether OPM grades on a rolling basis as testees complete their testing. We do know that they release results in groups. In other words, all 2013 test results were released at the same time; when vets have tested quarterly, their results are released together; and the Aug/Sept test group's results were released together. Based on that history, I anticipate the results of the next higher scoring subgroup of online testees who are currently testing will be released together.

Any delay is getting the test scores is not due to the SI portion. It is scored immediately after the interview is completed. It is my understanding that each examiner assigns a score for each answer. After the SI is complete, the examiners compare scores. They don't give an average based on their two scores, but must agree on one score. So if one gives a higher score than the other, the result after their discussion can be the candidate gets the higher score or the lower score for that question, but not an average of the two scores. The final scores are counted up and voila, you have your SI score.
As my testing years ago did not involve a logic test, I have no idea how quickly it is scored. But the part that no doubt requires the most attention and time is scoring the written demonstration. When I took my state bar exam, it was nine sections, all essay. There was the initial reader who would score the test. If the score was at or above a certain mark, that was the final score and you passed that section of the bar exam. If the score was below that cut-off number, a second reader would then read the test and score it before a final determination was made on whether or not you passed that section. One would hope OPM has a similar system.
For those waiting for scores, I suggest you pray the readers are all graduates of the Evelyn Woods Speed Reading Program.

For those who have yet to test, listen carefully to the prepared statement that is read after the SI is completed. I believe they answer the question of whether scores will be released after the entire group (October-December test-takers) tests or in waves. I'm reluctant to repeat what I recall of the prepared statement, because I can't remember the exact wording of the confidentiality agreement we had to sign.

Just wondered if any recent testers checked their status in application manager to see if it changed.maybe if it they are grading on a rolling basis, some of the October testers may see complete or see details.

32 testers today. Probably equal men/women. Maybe 5-6 minorities. One person appeared not to have completed the LBMT. Glad that's over.
