Cafeta & Marten - the waiting is the hardest part. Hang in there.
Don't rely on the Application Manager. Our experience has been that the Application Manager status changes well after events have happened and sometimes doesn't change at all despite what anyone would agree are significant steps forward; then when it does change, it's usually a cryptic one- or two-word status that means nothing in ordinary English.
Hang tight. Keep an eye on your mail, your junk mail, and the Board. You'll be fine.

Hang tight. Keep an eye on your mail, your junk mail, and the Board. You'll be fine. Cryptic is indeed the best description. I recall very well the agonizing, speculating and WAGs that took place on the Board between the "See Details Tab" status and "Awaiting Results" status way back when. I thought I had filed those all away under repressed memories along with memories from Contracts class...

I JUST GOT THE SECOND EMAIL!!!
Here's what it says:
"You are receiving this message because you have recently been notified that you are eligible to participate in the Proctored Component (i.e., Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test) and In-person Component (i.e. Structured Interview) of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) examination. All sessions of the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test and Structured Interview will be conducted in the Washington, DC area. In addition, you must complete the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test before participating in the Structured Interview. Travel and lodging expenses are the responsibility of the ALJ applicant.
For this administration, applicants who wish to participate in the Proctored and In-Person Components must first self-schedule their Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test using the on-line link located at the end of this message.
NOTE: You will only be scheduling the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test of the ALJ examination through the Assessment link below. Once you have self-scheduled your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test session, the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) will automatically schedule you for a Structured Interview session on the following day. Your Structured Interview Admission Notice containing your specific interview session time will be given to you on the day of your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test session. Therefore, you must keep the next day open (from 7:00 am – 4:30 pm) in order to participate in your scheduled Structured Interview session. It is critical that you not leave the testing site until you receive the Structured Interview Admission Notice. Your travel plans should be made based on this two-day scheduling plan.
To confirm the above scheduling process, if, for example, you self-schedule yourself for the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test on Monday, October 5, 2015, you will automatically be scheduled for a Structured Interview session on Tuesday, October 6, 2015.
Additional scheduling details are described below:
The self-scheduling window for the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test will open on August 31, 2015 (12:01 am EDT) and will close on September 11, 2015 (11:59 pm EDT). Interviews are limited to a specific number of sessions per day following the Proctored Component and are pre-scheduled randomly. You may make changes to your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test session until the scheduling window closes. Once the scheduling window has closed, the latest session that you selected will serve as your firm appointment and cannot be changed for this current examination administration. This 2-week scheduling window will be your only opportunity to self-schedule your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test session during this particular administration of the ALJ exam. Once you have scheduled your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test on-line, you will be sent a system-generated notice via email confirming the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test session that you selected. If you do not schedule your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test using the link below within the 2-week scheduling window you will not be considered further for the ALJ examination. Once the 2-week scheduling window has closed on Sept. 11, 2015, if you are unable to attend the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test session that you selected, you are only allowed to reschedule this component once. In addition, because you must complete the Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test before participating in the Structured Interview, your Structured Interview session also will be rescheduled. You will be rescheduled for the next Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test and Structured Interview sessions during the next quarterly examination period anticipated in Spring 2016. Reschedule requests must be submitted to aljapplication@opm.gov. To self-schedule your Written Demonstration/Logic Based Measurement Test, click on the link below:..."

I seem to remember an old saying from law school regarding grades: Those who get A's become law school professors, those who get B's become judges, and those who get C's -- earn all the money. Have a great weekend!

Question -- and yes, I have read the sticky posts on Phases 1, 2 and 3.
Once our proctored tests and SI are scored, we get an NOR, and we are placed on the register, or not. Now that the email to self schedule is out, and we know the dates stretch from early October to mid-December, are we scored as we go along or is the scoring done after the last test taker finishes? I figure that the cut-off score for making the register may be a moving target until the last test taker is graded, but it would be nice to know earlier rather than later if there's a chance.
It would be nice to know early on whether I got closer to an 80 or a 20; you know? I figure I may not have a clue when I leave DC, because it sounds as if two of the three moving parts are impossible to gauge.
I figure the following question is probably not the sort covered by the confidentiality agreement. (If it is, please disregard.) We know the testing room is very cold. What is the space like? Do we have room to read materials and use the keyboard without having to shuffle through papers held on our laps and at our feet? Bar exam flashbacks here, where we were in a meat-locker cold room, shoulder to shoulder with no room to move without the proctors thinking we were trying to cheat, and road construction (jack hammers) non-stop for the entire two days. Weeping in the lobby during every break, vomiting in the restrooms, and all that. Basically, the nightmare many of us are unable to shake.

As to the other question about scoring. I don't think anyone outside of OPM knows whether they will score in batches or all at once. There are several threads where we beat the NOR to death and I recommend them to you. The Cliff Notes version of my pet theory is that the minimum SI/WD score is unchanging. Every phase of the testing is reflected in the NOR and as such scores will vary considerably.

I applied March 2013 (like everyone on this register minus a few vets who jump in at various times), tested at OPM August 2013, my status changed to complete Dec 2013, and Notice of Results received March 2014. Then several certificates passed and I received an offer June 3, 2015. Some folks received offers before me and some have yet to receive offers. So still a LONG way to go for all you folks just now testing! Good luck!

Not knowing your SI time when you have to make your travel arrangements surely complicated things. Particularly if you are coming from the far West, you have to consider staying over an extra night,in an excess of caution, and flying back in the morning.

So, after 5 password changes, I got into usajobs.com. Apparently, in 2013, I GAL'd (what does that mean) only my current, popular city. Should I even bother with the WD etc. in October?
