As I am gearing up for the next phase, I am curious as to how many of those who made it onto the register prepped, and if so to what extent, for the WD/LBMT/SI and how many did nothing at all. Note: I am NOT looking for any specifics about the exams or interview, I am just curious about how many made it through to the register going in totally cold v. doing some prep and if you did some stuff to prepare for how long (hours, days, etc.).

Stone cold with no prep. If it makes a difference, I have a relatively high score (10 point Vet status certainly helped me) and, but for a very, very restrictive GAL, I would have been on a number of Certs and who knows where I'd be today. That said, I received the OMHA email from last week and I'm mulling over my options (I have until Friday) so I did land on that Cert since it was for my lone city. Anyway, from where I sit, actual prep is overrated and the only prep most of us need(ed) was/is to be well rested before each event.

You must decide how to proceed. Keep in mind that you are applying for a position in the competitive process. Good luck.

I am not sure this can be answered at all. I think there is simply too much overlap into why we cannot discuss the details of the process. I would lke to help, but I do not think it is fair to do so at this point.
Simply stated, there are SO many people who have already tested and who have not had the benefit of answering this question, that it would be simply unfair to answer it now. Many folks who have tested would think this would give an unfair advantage to those who have yet to test. Sorry.

There has been too much discussion on this topic already. Pixie.
