When I go into Application Manager, it directs me to the USAjobs.com site. I can't even get in to Application Manager. Is that the same for you? Mine still says "Application Status Not Available" - I've seen some other members with the same thing. I recall someone posting that it may have to do with applying through the old USAjobs website but again, that's where Application Manager takes me. Can you go to your USAjobs account, go to Application Status, click on the "More information ..." link under the Administrative Law Judge job, and access Application Manager that way? I'm looking at it right now but I don't even see the "More Information' link. There's a link that says "The contents of the announcement can still be viewed." But that's it. Am I missing something?

ok, in usajobs, you have to be on your account page. on the left, the bottom link is application status, click on that.
When i do above, i can see the ALJ listed as in my case my only application. there is a status option with a link to more information. click on the more information link.
if you click on the more information link, it will take you to app manager

I too have a 2-11-16 Assessment Complete, See Details. I feel like my first day of law school when one of my professors stated: "You're all in the same boat, and it's sinking!" When I go into Application Manager, it directs me to the USAjobs.com site. I can't even get in to Application Manager. Is that the same for you? Mine still says "Application Status Not Available" - I've seen some other members with the same thing. I recall someone posting that it may have to do with applying through the old USAjobs website but again, that's where Application Manager takes me. I am in the same boat. I recall getting an email at some point that required me to do something to ensure I would have full access to all parts of my application. I didn't do whatever was required. Now I can't access Application Manager and get the info most other people seem to be able to get. Mine just says "Application Status Not Available." I found this old thread that may explain what happened. aljdiscussion.proboards.com/thread/2107/usajobs-application-manager-problem

Go back one screen. Near the bottom of the Administrative Law Judge listing on that screen see if the "More information" link is there.

IF you remember, did you apply through USA jobs and it sent you to app manager or to app manager directly? one group can get in and the other can't as best as we can figure, i have no memory of which way i applied... and if this process keeps getting longer, i may have no memory of applying at all

Serious, that's exactly what I'm getting. You said "But I received every email the October-December group has gotten." Do you mean the expanded GAL? Because I got that one too.

and i want to clarify SOL means you can;t figure out what;s going on. You may get VERY good news this week, you can;t just look at the tea leaves and add another way to drive yourself nuts before we get a NOR.

I am in the SOL (solid organic livers) group. I think we would not have received any emails about status changes. My rationale is based upon, for the most part, those testing Oct-Dec would have received a status change in order to go forward from their 2013 status of sorry but "The line must be drawn here! This far, no further!". I did not receive any notice of that change via email, but I have received all other emails, to-wit: Hey come to DC, GAL expansion, and two or so reminders I need to send my survey back prior to January 6th (I think that was the date).

When I say I got every single email, I got the one in August saying I had a second chance, the one in September directing me to self-schedule the DC testing, the confirmation of my dates for the DC testing, and at least two reminders for the GAL expansion before I finally completed that.
I'm pretty sure I applied through USAjobs which directed me to Application Manager, but I can't be sure. I know I got the email telling me to do...something... which I didn't do. I'm pretty sure it said I had to do it if I wanted to be able to view my application, but I figured why would I want to view my application again if my status was "complete"? So now I sit and wait, which is basically what everyone else is doing.
ETA: et tu, Ready-Now!..

ETA: et tu, Ready-Now!.. yep, like I posted elsewhere, i hope we don;t get a NOR tomorrow or i will truly be SOL. and you have a point. your lack of an email may not be good news. it MAY mean nothing. We who are trying to remain optimists are relying heavily on the alphabet soup theory, does your last name begin with a M or later?? Also, i want to remind all of us that a newly appointed ALJ, i believe it is alexandersdad. As i remember, he got an 86 at his last sitting and he may have been no score before that?? IF we do not get a score, we can reapply VERY soon, there is a good chance the DC testing will be "relatively" soon and we still have the fall testing fresh in our minds as well as ways we could have done better. I believe A's dad is a 10 point vet so following in his footsteps, the non vets among us would be in the 76ish rather than 86ish range. not that we can expect a 76 but im sure you see my underlying point, a BIG improvement. i also know a very well respected sitting ALJ who did much better his second time around. i am sure there are others as well. i just happen to know enough details regarding this ALJ to completely vouch that what i am saying is accurate.

I wouldn't fret over "see details" at this point. The meaning it once had is without doubt removed as many of those that got that once death blow were eventually moved on anyway.
And, from the low percentage reporting a change, I think it's pretty apparent this is a data entry deal done in segments.
Also, I've read the thoughts about it going in segments based on last name, score and test date. Let me throw another data point in the mix.
Back in 2014, before you young whipper snappers got to self schedule your testing, we were assigned testing dates based on social security numbers. Specifically the first few that indicated state where the number was issued. If I recall correctly, that's what we all figured out about the way those dates and info were released. I'd bet the same is happening here given opm's history of using that as a grouping mechanism.
Good luck all.

This may have already been discussed in this thread or a thread related to the last round of NORs, but since I couldn't find an answer to my question, I'll post it here: Does anyone remember if, in the past, a person who received a "Complete" status did NOT make it onto the register?
