I was intrigued by the ads for learning to write children's books.

I checked application Manager and it said my external assessment was complete...but then had a date of Date Complete by: April 24, 2016...Maybe that is the date NOR's go out?

I think the NORs will go out long before that. I've never found much meaning in those dates. It's closer to corresponding to the date the applications reopen.

Has anyone else seen a change in application manager indicating complete or see details with a date in 2016? As I recall, those who did not make it in 2013 said "SeeDetails" and "complete"meant they went to the next round. Also,, if dates in app manager are showing change in dates, especially 2016, it may mean they graded as tests were done and are now putting information in app manager.

Data Entry Clerk 1: The Board traffic is pretty heavy right now with people checking obsessively to see if anyone has gotten an offer yet. Data Entry Clerk 2: You know what would be fun? Adding cryptic words and phrases in Application Manager status fields. Data Entry Clerk 1: Now that sounds hilarious. Let's put in random, meaningless dates too. Data Entry Clerk 2: Oh, and we should set it up so that the status update e-mails are generated at 1:30am.
I vote for not inviting the Data Entry Clerks to choir practice while we're finessing our Nickelback repertoire.

I vote for this: the wisdom of the board is good for us to take from, and add to. Everyone deserves respect.
Questions are simply a bid for information Let's not poke fun over people's desire for information. Status changes and such have been discussed before.
Things can look very different depending on which side of the fence you're on.

mine is still application package status-see details at top with the external assessment showing as complete. and a due date in April 2015.

Things can look very different depending on which side of the fence you're on. No disrespect meant at all, Serious, J. - I was poking fun at my OWN panicked posts in response to the 1:30 am e-mail I received informing me that my Application Manager status had changed, (see my post in the "LBMT/WD and SI testing August - September 2015" thread at Nov 7, 2015 at 2:21am). I was lucky that a board member who had been through this process was awake and my question was answered by 3:00 am so I could go back to sleep.
And I'm still on the side of the fence where I am asking a lot of questions and anxious for any tidbit of information on this process.

pumpkin, i liked the post. Gave me a good laugh during what can be a trying time.
To all though, i have come to peace in this process. Best case scenario is I get a score. Worst case is i continue to live out my awesome life and reapply when it reopens. i realize i am lucky to have a win/win scenario.
i think what drives me the most nuts is i have no idea where i might be in a few months. my plan ahead side is bothered by this concept although my adventuresome side is actually a bit excited about this idea... now to get a score for me and all the others and calls for those waiting for calls!!!

It shows the External Assessment was submitted on 5/3/2013 and a due date of 4/24/2015. 5/3/2013 was the date that I submitted my SJT, WS and Experience Assessment. Are these three things (SJT, WS and EA) the "External Assessment" or does it also include the Proctored Component and SI? If the External Assessment includes the Proctored Component and SI, then perhaps folks are seeing a change because their profiles are being updated to reflect scores being tallied. Not sure. Hoping to receive the NOR soon just like everyone else in my group.

My status says "complete," but I don't know if that is a change. I guess I need to pay closer attention! I tested in DC mid-November.
