I applied in August and just got a call for an interview in January. Congrats! I applied for both, unfortunately did not heard anything. Wondering if others have interviews scheduled as well. |

Hi I recieved a informal offer for one of these OGC positions last week (a call from a regional counsel informing me that they were going to pass my name on to personnel), but I have heard nothing yet from HR. Any ideas on how long I should expect to wait?

Good luck. Things appear to move very slow there. I interviewed twice but haven't heard anything since the second interview. 😕

I often overthink things and worry about bothering people but this is a totally reasonable question that you were probably too surprised to be getting the call to remember to ask. I would phrase it as just wanting to better understand next steps and approximately when you might hear back. If the RCC called you that means OGC is interested and that isn’t going to change just because you followed up. |

I am not involved in hiring, but my sense is that it is not a situation where they want a set number of people and they make offers to that number. It appears more like they push one or two people though the process at a time. I have no idea what the exact process is, but is is most definitely slow. |
