the validity of my statement lies not in the causality presented by the chronology but in the underlying knowledge of which I was privy. That's different. Must have been the "obviously" in your original post that threw me off. |

Hi. Does anyone kow anything about the 7 judges that are supposed to start the National Hearing Center iin Dc to do video hearings? Have judges been selected and/or offers made? I heard from one judge who has been selected to go to the NHC (Falls Church, not DC). He indicates that relocation dates have not been specified yet. AALJ note indicated that there were 16 applicants, most from ODAR, some from HHS and a few from other agencies. |
