Are you telling me that my "friend" who scored below 60 and wants to work in the Northeast Corridor has zero possibility of hire with any agency? Be candid.

Amen to that, we are all in the dark about a lot of things in this process - I wouldn't give up yet no matter what my score.

I think the chances are low but definitely wouldn't give up. A lot is going to depend on where the jobs are and how many people are available for a specific location. So far it looks like quite a few people with higher scores have more limited availability, possibly because they are older and more limited because of family or other ties. The younger applicants seem more willing to travel and seem to have listed more cities but they also seem to have the lower scores.
These are just broad generalizations on my part. Obvioulsy there are many exceptions.
