There are a number of ALJs, past and present, with those qualifications. I don't think it helps them get hired, but it surely helps them do their jobs.

Snowman, I posted a "blurb" (if you will) about what I was told concerning how private practice attorneys, federal practice attorneys and "insider" attorneys may be viewed by SSA. It was only what I was told from someone inside, but I got slammed, big time, about it. Smite, smote and smotted ("smitten"?). There ensued a joyous round of "kill the messenger" so I deleted it. I'd just figure that your scores got you to the interview and now, during the interview, concentrate on providing them the basis to hire you.
