Received 3 copies of the FEAI but no e-mail yet from SSA. At bottom of FEAI, it does state OPM has referred name for ALJ at all locations (71) and e-mail will come 11/30, so who knows when. I feel better so far.

My recalled ALJ Letter of Inquiry has been re-transmitted to me, without being recalled again (so far). I also received three identical versions of the FEAI. Three of the cities I selected are on the FEAI list.

I just went down the list and counted the offices I had listed and found at least 41 of them.
I guess that means I either had no standards, was "easy" or was desperate...and still am!

So are we supposed to mark up the FEAI with x's and fax it with the other 3 documents or send it back to OPM?

"The above three documents and the FEAI must be faxed to 703-605-8451 no later than December 7 or you will not be considered for an ALJ position." |
