I have written three times now over the last month trying to verify that that my appeal was received and have not gotten any response other than the auto reply that comes right after the email is sent.

I just sent one more inquiry by replying to the auto response on my previous ticket. I immediately got the Notification of Issue Change email stating that I appended a description. I also added my appeal information to the first email I sent that they wrongly classified as an appeal and I got the same response. So it appears to be an auto reply.

That now seems to be understandable if we are to believe that your email is stuck in the pile of 22,000 other emails. I say keep bugging them (squeaky wheel and all that). If you haven't received an acknowledgement of your appeal, you are right to continue to inquire.

Hi, Stupidum. I was dinged at the second phase, appealed, and received an acknowledgment email. So, I don't have any information about appeals after the first phase. I think we are all in a long holding pattern on our appeals. And I also think it will be happenstance, luck, the Force, etc. that will cause us to win our appeals and be allowed to continue in the process. But here's hoping! Nothing ventured; nothing gained.

It's definitely the force. May it be with you.

It's more like the Schwartz. It's definitely the force. May it be with you.
