Sorry I can't be more specific. But it appears OCALJ has just made some inter-agency transfer offers to sitting ALJs outside of ODAR who applied to transfer over. So it looks like the process is moving along.

The answer may be obvious to the insiders, but do you think these offers relate to the 150 or the supplemental 25?

At this point, I don't see how they can make offers to interviewees from the certificate without having us complete another round of "please indicate your geographical availability." It appears that transfers by SSA ALJ's are still going on, and were going on even after November, when we sent in the second FEAI.
And if outside ALJ's are being hired, either they are filling up spots available at the 71 locations on the most recent FEAI, or SSA has established new positions. The latter would presumably apply if the outside ALJ's were being hired for the "supplemental 25." Either way, SSA's geographical distribution will have changed since November.
