I know it's early on Monday morning but is anyone else still waiting on a call to set up an interview? Sent in paperwork Fri morning. Don't know how long to wait before officially freaking out and pestering Bob's office with "don't forget me!" phone calls or emails. Yes I am still waiting and I know of several others. I'm waiting too.

I am also still waiting for the call on setting up the interview. Just sent my paperwork in a few minutes ago. What a relief to have that done.
My sec'y is out today and tomorrow, and I have to take a road trip this afternoon and return tomorrow. I'm forwarding my office phone to my cell, 'cause like Aerosmith, I don't wanna miss a thing...

Internet down this AM. May have to go elsewhere to file the papers, if this doesn't get fixed soon!

Fortunately, I had just enough presence of mind left (at the end of a long workday) to try shutting down and restarting Outlook. From that point on, I was able to send out all my PDFs (and the XLSX spreadsheet with my 20+ city rankings) in the expected two e-mails. And all of my attachments went through in one email - both times. I also send the GAL back in scanned PDF format - because I'm paranoid about changes occurring outside of my control - however, I sent the supplement back blank last time, in XLSX. I see no reason for them to not take either - I mean they give us the Excel spreadsheet and specify PDF as the preferred format. I went ahead and did mine on Thursday - as a "Leftover" all I had to do was redo my Declaration and FCRA paperwork and finalize my city rankings. Took 10 minutes. Followed your strategy re sending all forms in pdf format and had no trouble submitting all documents in one email. Thanks for sharing.

I guess I followed directions and sent them as two emails as suggested just to follow the instructions. They were clearly described as being #1 and #2 and the fact they were sent at the same time should be fine for me. If not, I am sure Bob will call me.

Me too, MPD. Gaidin, do you feel a new poll coming on?

My reading of the email we received was that if one email worked that was fine but system limitations may require the documents be sent attached to two emails. Mine seemed to go through fine in one email.

Me too, MPD. Gaidin, do you feel a new poll coming on? Not on this! Gaidin, save your polls for important ALJ-related matters like how many points the Chicago Bears would lose by if they played Mississippi State.

Mine was in one email (I used reduced size pdf's), at least one reference contacted, but no interview call yet

I just received the call for the interview. It is next Tuesday, November 18, 2014. The young lady who called me said they are busy trying to call everyone to schedule interviews as fast as they can. Be patient! Now, the long wait for the Division of Administrative Support to provide me with the information required to make my travel arrangements with CWT SATO, the government’s travel managing company.

On the candidate personal history form, it has header at top of each page for name and SSN. I cannot fill in this information. Has anyone else encountered this? How has it been addressed? Thanks.
