But regardless of how many people have put in for your city, if you got an interview, you know your chances are 1 in 3, not 1 in 22.

Question: are you asking for voters who have actual interviews? I mean if there are say, 23 that will accept a city, do they interview only 3 from that 23? I guess what I am asking, if I get a call for a town, that means I wold have beat out the other 20, and just have to compete with 3. Forgive my ignorance, it is a little confusion (so is the whole process).
