Does anyone here know who calls with an offer?
And a clarification in response to Pixie's comment (turns out she did not have the answer), I am only interested in a title, not a name, if anyone here knows. Also, feel free to PM if you would rather. Thanks.

Does anyone here know who calls with an offer? Yes, we know, but we don't publish names on the Board. I will send you a PM. Pixie

About 45 days ago I requested an update on the status of my application and yesterday I received confirmation that it is still pending.

Same story here. One interview in April. I never even thought to ask them whether my application is still alive. Good work.

To those of you just waiting for a start date from EOIR, is anyone holding out hope for that rumored November judge school class? Or is January looking like the earliest one we might get into at this point?

Or is January looking like the earliest one we might get into at this point? I'm a step behind you and perplexed as to the seeming delays. My second interview panel said "a few weeks" in terms of an answer from the interview. I'm now past 7 weeks having heard nothing and don't know what to think at this point. Am I out? Did the FY end delay things? Is there a delay at Main Justice in getting approvals? Is OCIJ reshuffling the assignment board?

I also heard there would be a November class and a January class. We were told there are 80 potential hires somewhere in the process, and that there were now around 295 IJs(?) -- don't remember the exact number. That would comport with prior information that I had heard, that they are aiming to have a total of 375 IJs. (maybe by end of FY 2017??).
And it is usually the ACIJ who is responsible for the court that you are being hired for that gives you a call.

Good luck to all of you who want that job. Personally I bet the best day on the job as an ij is the swearing in day. (Investiture sp?). Then its days full of the same ole stories that you have to pretend you haven't heard thousands of times before. Variety? I guess. But depends on the location of the court.

Same story here. One interview in April. I never even thought to ask them whether my application is still alive. Good work. Gosh, y'all, I am a little concerned--I applied for multiple locations in November 2015 and my apps were "referred." No interview invitations yet. Shortly after applying, I moved my residence. With my resume, I gave a P.O. Box address that was changed in Spring 2016. I did fill out a forwarding notice with Postal Service.
Got busy seeking appointment to State judicial openings and put Immigration on the back burner. Based on your post I looked at USAJOBS and it is still referred in all of my locations. Now I am concerned that one the agencies may have tried to contact me by mail after forwarding had stopped.
My question to those who have interviewed is how were you contacted by the agency--mail, email, or phone?
