Thanks, PM, for your honesty in expressing the emotions a lot of us are feeling -- even if we are not showing it to others in our work-a-day life. A reality check for me was that a dear aunt of mine passed away this weekend, at the age of 86, after a full, productive life helpful to many others -- but since I was not expecting it so soon, as I mourn her, I realize (again) my getting this job is not the only thing worthwhile in life, or even the most important thing.

I heard a saying one time that always makes me laugh: "When one door closes, another door opens, but it can be h*** in the hall!"
