Looking at the 2017 poll, people reported complete at 8:30 a.m. on 5/24/17 and said it switched to SD by 12:30 p.m. the next day. I was one whose status changed from “complete” to “see details” last go-around. Just checked a moment ago and I’m still complete, so at least that’s an improvement, IMHO.

The assessment section shows: Complete - External Assessment - 8/27/2018. But no assessment letter or NOR notice, etc. Mine too.

In light of the recent AM changes, who wants to contact the ALJ Program Office (aljapplication@opm.gov) to ask a few questions and see what (if any) responses are given?
Hmmm...what questions shall we ask???

The first time I tested I received the “See Details” and was confused by what it meant, there were many debates around here trying to solve it, until scores came out. The second time I tested, I received the dreaded “see details” again and knew exactly what it meant. I decided that I’d actual work to improve my writing before I tested this time. Today I check and see that I am “complete” at a time when it means little. Life can be “funny.” "Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails." - Proverbs 19:21

So, is everyone still stable in their original category of "Complete" or "See Details?" No changes to upset the system? Pixie

It’s interesting that OPM is apparently proceeding forward per usual despite the EO. Obviously they graded the exams even after the EO came out. This leads me to believe they are also going ahead with redoing the exam in 2020/21. Of course litigation will probably forestall any hiring until then anyway. If they graded the exams, issue NORs and scores, but the register remains untouched from now to then, I wonder whether they would go to the trouble of redoing an exam a couple of years down the road, if they have an untouched, refreshed register?

Don't count on it. As I have said before, that is Unicorn thinking. Pixie I just don’t know anymore. Going through with grading the exams has to mean something. The something could be as simple as, the grading process was staffed, budgeted, and had begun, and so was completed.

They probably figure it makes sense to complete the grading process because who knows if the EO will survive legal action.

I think the people checking this or talking about it are fewer, but I haven’t heard about anyone switching over to “See Details” after first being “Complete” this time around.

Forgive me - First time applicant here. When I login to USA Jobs, my job application tab just says "Received" and I have not received any emails. Should I be looking somewhere else for "See Details" or "Complete"?

So long as one innocent applicant get's terminated by the computer glitch may any of us be free? If we say we are, are our NOR's not founded on quicksand? Abandon this parsing of tea leaves for a feeling of control, for we have none, we are at best hopeful fish egs in an ocean, hoping to grow a fish of a position, even a hake if not a halibut, is that too much to ask, but knowing we may well get nearly that size only to end up as part of the red or brown tides of application silence & rot, the being and nothingness of our existence on the existential planet that is USAJobs. LOL Fog, I can imagine being in a hearing with you, having you announce your decision, and then stumbling out of the hearing room, asking, "so did we win or lose?"

Should I be looking somewhere else for "See Details" or "Complete"? Yes - you need to look in Application Manager. When you see “received” in usajobs, click on “additional application information.” That will take you to AM. The status that matters - that we think matters, that has mattered in the past - is the one at the very top of the screen, which says Application Package Status: Complete (sign you are making the register) or Application Package Status: See Details (tab? Maybe? I don’t know if it just says “See Details” or “See Details Tab”) (but this is the status that people have seen when they did not get a score/did not make the register).

Interesting that I completed the assessment questionnaire (8/28/2017) a year to the day that the external assessment was reported as complete (8/28/2018). Well, Interesting to me, anyway. It took about 14 months the last go around.

Last time I was one of the unfortunate ones who was "complete" one day, and "see details" the next. This time I am "complete" as of 8/27/18 and holding steady. While it's probably completely meaningless, it is nonetheless satisfying given the bait and switch last time.
I am sure polling on this is highly inaccurate to even speculate about a pass/fail rate, if there even is one, because few people are paying attention (obsessing?) given the EO (I quit until an alert yesterday). However, the fact that some people are reporting "see details" in the poll means that there will be some distinction in the notices when we finally hear from OPM. Whether that's an actual score or something else - we should know in about 2 weeks. That might help shed some light on this for everyone.
Or just cause more confusion and wild speculation....
