Best Places to Work in the Federal Government

SSA gets a lot of grief from people who have worked there, but as I have previously mentioned, there are worse places to work in the federal government:

Of 30 federal agencies ranked, SSA came in 7th from the top for best federal agency. Note that OPM is #25 though.

I have previously worked for one of the bottom 5.

The folks in my office are, for the most part, the most dedicated and hard-working I have had the pleasure to meet. I have worked State, Federal and Corporate law departments, and this is definitely the best.
