LB: A sense of humor like sarcasm is often lost in transcription. Many times I've warned clients against using an "of course I shot her" kind of response when they want to make a question seem ridiculous, because in the end it just looks like a confession. Nobody sees the eye roll. It always requires a subsequent disclaimer and explanation at which point the humor/sarcasm is lost. If I'd been able to see your little tail wagging while you were making your pun, I'm sure I wouldn't have taken you seriously and I wouldn't now feel like somebody who stepped on a beagle's tail by mistake. BTW: These are all references to your forum name - nothing untoward.

From a five star rabbit--legal beagle, you are certainly right about dogs--they are very high on the spiritual food chain!

All of this talk of bunnies and beagles and wilddogs is making me hungry.

Lions, and tigers, and bears--oh no! I better hide under a cabbage leaf! Beagle, you high-tail it for the barn. Wild Dog--you are on your own, buddy--you look pretty formidable!

ALJ, that is a lovely lop-eared rabbit! She puts me to shame (but at least I have someone to emulate!) Happy Easter to All!

NW--thanks for the compliment! I actually own a rabbit and daily, he dines on a surfeit of dewey petals, being totally spoiled by his Flannery mom. Indeed, he probably needs to go on a diet so the formidable ALJ will turn his attention elsewhere! Yikes!

And Flannery, as you know, I am partial to bunnies, but your bunny is safe. I also like Beagles, as LB knows:

Hey! I'm an Elder now. I feel so wise. Or is it just old?
Do I need to post photos of my dog?
