Interviewed on the 13th. Had my claim in the within the 5 day period. It is now the 8th and I still have not received a voucher to sign and return. Anyone else? Is it supposed to take this long? I called a week ago and was avised the claim had been handed off and was "pending for approval."

I interviewed the 14th, mailed mine within the 5-day period and don't have mine either but I would suspect it takes 4-6 weeks to get it.

Never fear, you will be reimbursed. If I remember correctly they do a direct deposit so you may have to check your account.

I think they do a direct deposit if you're an ODAR employee or have indicated that you prefer to have the money deposited to your account, provided the account, routing number, etc. I followed up on mine and it was sent to my supervisor for approval today. I will be checking my account on the next days.

If you do not get reimbursed by the end of the month, you can file "an administrative claim" against the agency, through whatever personnel contact you dealt with to make travel arrangements.
