Has anyone who completed the WD and SI in October of 2009 received his or her NOR? I'm curious, especially since there may be a small hire coming up soon.

I wasn't aware that there was testing last month. Who were the "testees"? Was it some sort of select group?

I wasn't aware that there was testing last month. Who were the "testees"? Was it some sort of select group? As DALJ noted, the few regular applicants who won their appeals got to take the test in October. But the main group was the 10 pt vets who can apply anytime, since OPM is required by CFR to administer the test to them the quarter after receiving their apps.

My NOR was dated Nov. 17. It was received about that time. I just joined this board and found this question. Hope to know more about the next step through this discussion board. I am a 10pt veteran. This is why I took the test in Oct.
