It sounds like a front office shake up. Hall's blog now states in part:
David Foster will move from Deputy Commissioner for Disability Adjudication and Review to Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Quality Performance. Glenn Sklar will move from Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Quality Performance to Deputy Commissioner for Disability Adjudication and Review.

I always thought he might have said a bit too much in his Broadcasts..in an agency where things have heretofore been very cagey..it was surprising..I always appreciated his broadcasts..but I wonder if some of it came back to bite him..?

Glenn Sklar will move from Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Quality Performance to Deputy Commissioner for Disability Adjudication and Review.
Glenn Sklar is a dedicated, talented, insightful, compassionate, personable and creative Agency executive and attorney. He has the confidence of the Commissioner, a commendable and results-oriented track record, a broad view of SSA and its important mission, and experience in a multitude of positions and components. Glenn will be a most worthy successor to David Foster, and I am delighted that he will be assuming this crucial leadership role.

ssaer- your post looks like something from the Commish- I sincerely hope you are right. He certainly has had an astronomical rise in a very short career.
