Has anyone in the newest class heard from Prudential about relocation? I received my travel authorization over a week ago and still haven't heard from them. Anyone else in the same boat?

I received a call and a follow up email from Prudential Relocation yesterday. The call came to my personal cell phone but the follow up email went to my work email. The person I spoke to indicated that he had other new ALJs that he would be helping. I wouldn't be surprised if just a few Prudential employees will be helping all of us. Don't panic and try to be patient. It's a slow process, and you'll likely have to get family and friends to help you deal with relocation issues after you have reported for duty, especially if you are selling your home. Dealing w/ mandatory repairs can be quite frustrating. Getting that travel authorization was the first big step. Read it carefully for mistakes. It can be somewhat difficult to understand, but it basically explains what expenses have been approved for your relocation. You'll need the codes & authorization number on it to get reimbursed for various expenses over the next year or two.
