think i might be in the wrong forum.
i am not app ling to be an alj
but i do have an issue with aljs
actually i have been searching for stat. info. on alj decisions.
maybe one of you can help.
i have located the stats. on ssa aljs throughout the country.
example would be:
alj x had 200 hearings, 40 of which he awarded,160 he denied.
what i am looking for is out of that 160, how many went on
thru the process and were awarded their disability claims?
i am not an angered, maybe i am angered, person who was
denied at the hearing level by the same alj.
this alj has an 80% denile rate.
does this rate sit well with most of you?
it just does not seem like it should be like this.
also, he gave no weight to any of the 5 doctors opinion's,instead
he dismissed what they had wrote saying it was a one time visit
or wasn't my treating physician or she was trying to indulge and
accommodate the claimant.
he farmed out my case to a medical consult to get the decision
he wanted.he did not follow halex guidelines at all.
it will be 6 years in july that i filed for ss disability and my case
is still pending.
if you folks are wanting to be ss alj's, you should consider how
this alj treated my case.
i am not trying to stir up trouble or bad mouth any ALj
but if an alj has an 80% denile rate, does this not raise any
eyebrows as to how bias he might be?
i wish you all the best of luck in getting your jobs, i know it must take alot of years of education just to apply
thanks again
