In July 2012 the Remand Feedback Initiative was created to allow ALJ's to communicate with AAJs on Appeals Council remanded cases. If you have taken part in the Remand Feedback Initiative has it been helpful to you? Just curious on this issue.

Based upon the crickets I am hearing to this post, it seems many ALJs have not taken part in the initiative for one reason or another. I guess it was another initiative where participation is sparse.

The board has been relatively quiet of late, possibly because of Mother's Day, more likely post-exam repose. I too am curious about this initiative so I will be following you thread with hopes to see some feedback.

I utilized this initiative almost one month ago, sent a memo to the e-mail address given on the memorandum announcing this initiative, and have received back nothing, not even an acknowledgment of receipt. My subsequent inquiry as to the status of my submission has similarly been ignored.

My subsequent inquiry as to the status of my submission has similarly been ignored. It is not surprising knowing the system. Furthermore, it is only a one-year trial initiative which ends in July 2013 to determine the feasibility of making it permanent. Based upon your response ssaer to the initiative, it would seem that there is no need to make it a permanent fixture.
