Thanks for all the information exjag. It makes me feel more at ease. Did you feel you had enough time or did you feel rushed? Just curious. Good luck at tomorrow's SI.

exjag, Was it harder or easier than you expected? Way harder than I anticipated and I was not the only one that felt that way.

Thanks exjag buddy for all the information. I am not looking forward to having to rush to finish. I guess everyone faces the same issues in taking the exam, so it is fair.

Um - what happened to the original posts at the beginning of this thread? The original poster decided to remove it.

Got a message saying that I said too much so I wanted to take down review/revise before posting again...waiting to hear back exactly what was too much!

how do you remove posts? I am obviously procrastinating about trying to prep the Logic test. I did very well in law school and as a lawyer but I suspect I'm going to bomb that test. You will be in good company! And there will be plenty of it myself included.

I don't think you revealed anything that would help anyone with the tests. I thought your post was great just as written. It gave out procedural stuff, but no substantive material. Thanks again buddy!

You click on the little downward arrowhead next to the gear in the upper right hand corner of the post box with your post and a pull down menu will open up. One of the choices is to delete your post. I have used it in the past. You can only delete your own posts.

I was in the room with exjag (unbeknownst to both of us), as one of the sneakers-wearing people. I found the overall environment very soothing, if that makes any sense. Once the exam started there were no distractions, and the 6 total hours of testing didn't seem to take but more than 90 minutes mentally. The proctors were very friendly but professional, albeit with the person who read out the instructions having trouble pronouncing the word "analysis". The IT guys were very prompt in dealing with computer glitches; one other test-taker reported that a WD response from the previous day was still on their laptop, which is somewhat surprising given all the security and confidentiality concerns. Seating was first-come first-served so I wound up, as not one of the first people to arrive, sharing a two-person table. But you're so far from the other person (the individual tables are very wide) and you're hunched so far over your keyboard, that you need to have darned good peripheral vision to even notice them as a distraction. The room was, as others have reported, really chilly. Basically, apart from my failure to bring a turtleneck sweater and peach Schnapps, it was a positive experience all day - we've all worked really hard to get here, and there were no obvious knobs in the room that you'd specifically want to see not get appointed as ALJs in the final reckoning.

That would make sense if he had given out any security information??!!! Not saying the info violated any commonsense rules on security, but the federales are certainly overprotective in that regard. the info about security measure taken to get in the building may have been seen by some as giving away confid info.

Funky it's a good thing that exjag didn't reveal the necessary secret handshake to enter the testing room or he would have been banned from all further testing.
