Anyone a member of the American Judges Association?

As an ALJ - is it typical to join? Know anyone who is?

If you get sworn in by SSA, you will get to choose to be in a Union, AALJ. All ALJs also get to join the Federal Administrative Law Judge Conference--composed of Judges from all the Agencies--or almost. There is also the ABA and their sub-committee.
