You beat me to it - exactly what I was thinking. Poor Sandi, resorting to Thunderbird. And here I thought he was a Balvenie or JWB or Red drinker... Those are good, but I'm a whiskey man myself. Got turned onto this one a few weeks ago, it's now my drink of choice. To a certainty I can say that I will partake this afternoon, regardless of whether I get the call today or not: So you're open to Kentucky ODARs, eh?

Just got it. I'm a 179er, and I have 44 cities on mine. Guess it depends on score. If you don't want to post your list yourself, would you forward it to ALJD (or Gaidin, who has evidently volunteered to be secretary) so we can see the whole list? The 45 city prediction sounds very close to accurate, especially if the 45th is in Puerto Rico, on a separate cert.

Got mine a little after 10am. Above the bell curve and have 20 cities on the Cert with a wide open GAL.
Congrats and good luck to everyone who has received notification. I believe that they are still sending out notifications.

Well, things ARE different. We have two reports of wide open GALs, one with 44 cities on their cert list and one with 20.
Whole new world.

To a certainty I can say that I will partake this afternoon, regardless of whether I get the call today or not: I was wondering if this was good or not - perhaps I'll grab a bottle of Woodford tonight and we'll give it a shot - I'm sure it'll feel better than a shot of Colt 45!

For those of us still waiting for emails, is there any logic to the way emails have been sent, alphabetical or score based?

also, since someone reported their email was in the spam file, who is the sender for these emails, please? looks like only about 14 people have indicated they've received an email. pretty low number. gives me hope they're nowhere close to done yet.

Cannot be score. Could be by State/Social or alphabetical. Could be random.

Mine are similar to Wayne and hilltopper. 38 cities. 15 of those are in region 5.

Cannot be score. Could be by State/Social or alphabetical. Could be random. Have you received yours yet? I would think it's safe to say you will get on every cert on your GAL. It'll be interesting when the numbers come out on the lowest score on the cert. Someone with some inside information will provide it. I'm also curious to know how many folks will get emails for this first step.

For those of us still waiting for emails, is there any logic to the way emails have been sent, alphabetical or score based? Maybe Bob is sending them out in some order but hard to tell since we do not know everyone's score. Once there is a poll it may be more clear. Happy for everyone! I figured I would not be on this one with all the high scores so no worries here. Neat to see all the excitement for all who received emails!

It's almost certainly alphabetical. Don't ask how I know. Well, that's encouraging.
