Bar Membership Documenatation Question

"Hi Pixie,

I received an email from OPM about my bar membership documentation.

"The proof of bar membership you submitted did not include a date within one year of the vacancy announcement.
If you believe this determination is in error, please review the vacancy announcement and your submitted application on USAJOBS. If your submitted documentation includes the information above, email us at [e-mail] within 72 hours of receiving this message..."

I tried to respond to the email provided but couldn't because [e-mail] is a dead email. I then tried OPM and their mailbox is full.

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

[e-mail]
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly."

I can't help but think this is by design, to eliminate qualified candidates, but am wondering if anyone was able to successfully respond to an email such as this.

The address looks wrong; there may be an extra 's' toward the end.  This is the email address for the ALJ applicant mailbox that has been posted elsewhere (I can't say where on this thread).

Do you have an interview scheduled?

It’s very surprising that they might have scheduled interviews and started conducting reference checks for candidates when they’re still confirming some of the eligibility requirements.

This is correct - there is an erroneous ‘s’ at the end of “applicant.”
