Not having traveked using SATO before, I'm used to scanning the VISA I charged my tickets to at the airport, to obtain my boarding passes.
How do I obtain boarding passes with the info SATO travel provided?
To all you jaded government travelers, pleaaassse excuse my ignorance!
Thanks for a reply.

Do it online on the carrier's website. Mine is Delta, I went onto the web, put in the record locator letters, added my frequent flyer number, and then can scan the FF card at the airport,or print out the boarding card at home.

I went online to the airline's site and got my confirmation number (the airlines #, not SATO's). You can then enter that at the kiosk to get your boarding passes. BTW, my connecting flight to DC was canceled due to weather, and I called a SATO rep who was very helpful and booked me on another airline.

I used my own (personal) credit card to obtain my boarding pass at the airport self check-in kiosk. I believe the credit card is only for identification purposes.

The e-mail SATO sent me had a confirmation number. In my case it was Continental so it looked like: ABC123. I entered that number at the airport kiosk, I wasn't checking luggage, checked in and printed my boarding passes without a problem.
SATO does appear to have this mostly down. I did have an issue with my hotel. Even though the reservation was through SATO, I ended up having to pay for it myself. I'm assuming I can recover that cost through the travel documents I file with SSA. We'll see.

It was just like any other e ticket. I got my boarding pass by sticking in my credit card at the kiosk. (United). When I got off the plane, it was less than 24 hours to my departure tomorrow, so I got tomorrow's board pass already. Good luck!

I called SATO 4 different times and asked them to e-mail my e-ticket. I know they tried, but nothing came through. I also gave 3 different e-mail addresses. Best to ask for the airline confirmation number and then go to the airline and print out boarding pass.
