Another week without selections (ok, maybe it is too soon, but a ALJ candidate is allowed to hope).
Another week of "well, I hope I will get chosen. I know you are rooting for me, you want my office. There are two other candidates competing against me, both of whom must be great (even if they are not greater than me."
Another week of having to live with these bosses.
Another week of thinking the grass is greener on the other side.

Totally with you OD.
Another week of not knowing where you will be living this Fall, or where your kids will be going to school.
Another week of struggling to be interested in long-term planning at work.
Another week of anxious extended family asking unanswerable questions.
This process, although I volunteered and am happy to continue, is exhausting. This is the Bataan Death March of job applications. We began this round of the process, what, seven or eight months ago?
Nobody jump on me. Not complaining. Just noting.

Ok, campers, here's a little diversion for those who face the possibility of a move. Have you found www.blockshopper.com? It is only for a few large cities around the country, but looks like it could have a lot of useful - at least diversionary - info. "Founded in 2006, BlockShopper is a local news and market data service for current and aspiring homeowners, home buyers and home sellers. In short, we're one part community newspaper, one part ultimate hyper-local real estate research tool."

Many, in the Azdell desert, waited five or more years.
