Waiting...(this thread read over 200 times already! As received emails are reported here, perhaps we could also get some general info about what the GALs were for those who got notification? I was less limited than some, more limited than others, and with no knowledge of what was filled with transfers, (and what was opened by transfers) am thinking that some of us could get shut out by no openings in GAL cities.

A co-worker got his, but I have not (at least not yet). Tough to type with my fingers crossed.

Are we thinking they are starting out on the east coast and moving west? Alphabetical? I know, trying to analyze this too much! Good luck everyone!

I got mine at 9:25 Central time. My score was just shy of a 61 and I have a relatively limited GAL in region 6. But, I cannot yet tell you which of my GAL cities are matching their openings because I am prevented from opening the attachments here at work.

Tells you they want the stuff back by 5/31 to a Fax.
Some standard Govt. forms and then a long questionnaire with references and other information - not simple to fill out, plus speaking to judge references this week will be interesting.
Includes your GAL as well and you get to initial where you are willing to go.
Mentions you will be contacted separately for an interview.

I think you're probably in good shape, bowser. No, it is just that these pants are cut in a way that flatters my full figure.

Too bad they don't send you an e-mail saying you don't make it...I'm sick of hitting send/receive!

Could anyone who had a fully open GAL and is on the cert post the cities that appear on their cert? I'm worried that several cities I had listed were left off - I had a fairly wide GAL but it looks like I'm down for only a handful of cities.
HRHearingofficer, keep checking on your email intermittently and don't give up. I'm speaking from experience - it can take several hours before you get that email. The SSA folks really do have an enormous amount of work in front of them now (and in the next several weeks). Each email contains attachments that are personalized - the process doesn't lend itself to automation. Take a break, go for a coffee or lunch or a workout, and check in later. It looks like, if you have a score in the 60s or above and a wide GAL, your email will probably be arriving. Good luck to you!
