Ditto. I used my hotmail address, so I'm not surprised. The last time emails came mine arrived hours after the first ones were received.

Hi! I was in the same boat with 3 copies of the OPM Federal Employment Availability Inquiry but no other information. I called the general number listed 703-605-8440 and was informed that for some reason, my notices came back as undeliverable. I had them email them to another address and received all the information and attachments. I encourage anyone who didn't receive all three emails to call and inquire. The person was very kind and has a list with everyone's name who made the certificate and is being offered the interview.
Hope this helps someone out there in the same boat!

Thank you very much! I thought the fourth email would arrive sooner or later, but to no avail. I will definitely be calling first thing Monday morning. ;D

Thank you yogi for clearing up that little mystery. I had provided a hotmail account for emails. I got the OPM email 3 times and nothing from SSA all day. I just hope that the forms don't take too long to complete once I call and actually get them on Monday.

JTFB!! You're baaaa-aaack! Hooray! (Although I am sorry you are in the same boat as I - not receiving the documents that were supposed to follow.)
I have a government e-mail account where the FEAI came, so I can't imagine the Notification with the four documents we need to send back was bounced from that address. Da*n, too, because I have to leave on the 9th for depos.....I hoped to do this over the weekend.

jagghagg:
The hard work is just getting your names and pubs together in the form letter we all received (most of us anyway) and that was posted.
I think it would be prudent to call you names (references, opposing counsel, judges) and tell them that some contracted by SSA person may be calling...
JFTB: THANKS FOR COMING BACK! YOU GENERATE A LOT OF "POSITIVE WAVES"!

I think it would be prudent to call you names (references, opposing counsel, judges) and tell them that some contracted by SSA person may be calling... That advice is well-founded! A kind soul took pity on me and did provide me the four requisite documents so I have seen what is required by the dreaded questionnaire. Luckily for me, I had gone through the agony of the old application process - an application that took, easily, about 24 hours to complete. You had to have names, addresses, and phone numbers of judges, opposing counsel, co-counsel, supervisory counsel, supervisors, etc. You had to have names of your cases, descriptions, case numbers and/or citations....blah, blah, blah. I am not exaggerating about "agony." ANYWAY, I finished the sucker just in time to have it returned to me because OPM had approved and instituted the new process through which we all went this Summer/Fall. So I have it here beside me on the desk and it will help me fill out the questionnaire in record time. For those of you who have not had to do this, believe me - it DOES TAKE TIME. And we have all heard the horror stories of people who made what seem like minute mistakes on their application which resulted in them being cut from the process. <<ouch>> God Bless Us All, Tiny Tim.

Nothing besides the FEAI made it to me -- and over course, I slavishly checked all weekend long! But my thanks to the many posters who assisted me to prepare for my eventual receipt of the coveted documents!!!!

Finally got through today to one of the two very nice ladies at SSA. She zipped the documents right out to me. Had to send through my private e-mail because my government one would not seem to accept the mail. (Hmmmmmm....) Be nice when you call these two ladies; they are working very, very had for us.
