On Application Manager, under the Details Tab, at the Assessments heading, the link for "Update" for the External Assessment has consistently given me a system error and states "If the problem persists, please send an e-mail message to ApplicationManagerHelpDesk@opm.gov.". It does this on both the lastest Firefox and IE browsers.
Anyone else getting this? Should I be concerned? Thanks.

Anyone else getting this? Should I be concerned? Thanks. I've gotten that response of late too. I'm not concerned about it, and I don't think you should be. I stopped relying on Application Manager a long time ago. If everything else went smoothly, just keep going on with your life, and at some point you should get notice one way or the other regarding the next step.

Never clicked on it - scared to, for fear of messing something up after reading so many tech horror story posts here.

I do not see that message on my Application Manger, just "awaiting results" which is where it was at prior to receiving notification to start phase two. I don't think whatever it states is important any longer, once the process has started and you made it to phase two. You should only have to wait for an email from OPM regarding going on to phase three or not going on to phase three. Good luck to all!

Moopigsdad: Yes, the Awaiting Results link is on the right side of the table; the "update" link is on the left side of that same line of the table. Given the horror stories about emails being deleted as spam, I thought that the update link might be useful to check on the results of the online assessment in case my email was lost.

Yes, I agree the "update" link is not for our use, but internal use by OPM.
