What is this rumor that 25 to be hired later this year, and then 125 more in 2009? ;D

Hey, Tater! Where have you been? Check the "New Hires From Astrue" thread on the second page of threads.
25 more this year appears to be certain. 125 in FY09 looks good if the budget permits and early indications are that more hires are coming.

I was so busy concentrating on the current offers, I neglected to post that Judge Cristaudo told the assembled Atlanta seminar on Friday that, after the 150 are hired, an additional 25 will be hired off a new certificate after being interviewed. (Seems to me this confirms previous rumors/speculation on this board.)
