I would appreciate hearing what your ODAR office does to make Electronic Folder cases accessible to unrepresented claimants.
Do you print out the entire file for the claimant? Send them a computer disk and hope for the best? Assign a staff person to help them with the computer during the hearing? Other ideas?

In my office we send them a disk, It is amazing to me how many people testify they are past their last dime but do in fact have a computer, For those who don't our state has an excellent local public library system, and at least in our area they all seem to have computers for the public to use. The only thing that is dicey is remote sites of the temporary flavor where ODAR is not taking a computer for the claimant. There we are (as of last I heard) printing out the file for the claimant.
