Since it has been 9 months since you originally filed your app, you may have doubts about what contact number SSA might use if you were to be so fortunate as to receive a call (whenever it is that they decide to call). If you go to the OPM application manager - applicationmanager.org/ - and view your application, the contact number you provided when you originally submitted your app is listed just below your name and address.

I only left one number for days and evenings, so I can stop worrying about the other two phone numbers I thought I might have listed.

Good suggestion. Because I do not trust OPM to communicate my updated contact information to SSA, I also called the ODAR employee who arranged my SSA interview, and gave them my updated phone number.
