My WAG is that invites to take online testing will start going out Monday (May 16) with a two week window to start testing on May 23rd. What is WAG? I initially submitted mine on the 5th but made some changes and resubmitted on the 7th. yeah what gaidin said |

As soon as it drops to the second page, someone will start a new thread, or post in a totally unrelated thread, asking questions about Application Manager. I have to imagine that, like me, most people have pretty much giving up on AM and the novelty of checking it has turned into quiet resignation.

I can confirm that they are not processing these on a first in, first out basis. I submitted my completed application within the first couple of days of the application opening on March 30, 2016 because I was leaving for Europe later that day. According to other posts, folks who submitted on March 7 and March 8 have already received the upgrade to "complete". I'm still "pending HR specialist". Hope springs eternal this week!

It's more fun to check this board than check the Application Manager. Logging into AM brings me back to the days when I was trying to find out whether I passed the bar via the state website. Each time the page loads I get a little lump in my throat thinking "Is it gonna be different than last time???"  I'm sure it is the first of MANY situations in the process where I will experience that feeling. I should probably get used to it. |

will AM status change first before we get our up or down notice email from opm? Probably, but at least one you of you will report that it didn't change. The status changes in AM are the result of data entry and as all of should know by now there are data entry errors from time to time. |

I also submitted early and my status is still "Pending HR action." I only saw one post with change of status reported. Are there more? No change here

If I recall correctly, there was at least 1 post indicating a change in status to "awaiting results" (albeit in another thread) and another reflecting what we are all hoping for..."complete."

Hi. I just joined the Board. I submitted my materials on 4/7 and I just checked and my application still says "pending HR Action". Based on what I've read on this site, that isn't a bad thing, at least not at this early stage of the process.

I just noticed I fat fingered the dates with my military service which could cut against me in respect to the 7 years, so this may not be positive news (thankfully I have the 10 point vet card to restart everything, but still, how dumb can I be to miss the typo?). I'll keep y'all posted if/when anything changes. |
