christina...you just took me back to my misspent youth with that U2 video (think jean jacket, fav band pins all over) - thank you! I'm sorry you (and so many others), didn't get selected this round. I have no doubt that new and wonderful adventures await you -

greendog, I once read an article that said that Robert John sang every part in that song. I am about as tone deaf and musically-impaired as they come, but that range still seems impressive to me.

I'm pulling for the cubs. Note my avatar colors The North Siders are going to need all "pulling" help they can get. How long has it been, 108 years? I was a fan back in the days of The Penguin, the other assorted animals and Harry Caray. Pixie

I was not among them. Although I've been a Cubs fan for 60 years or so, I root for the White Sox against anybody but the Cubs. I really enjoyed the way that 2005 White Sox team played--and won.

Hate to admit it but the 2016 Cubs have a real good chance at winning it all. Enjoy the next few weeks! It will be exciting. Keep Bartman out of the park.

My father is a Cubs fan, my guy is a die hard Sox fan. I am Switzerland. Seriously, though, I saw what happened when the Sox won it all...kinda afraid a Cubs World Series win might cause a rip in the galactic order! And if they win it all like the game last night, the old nickname, "the cardiac Cubs" might be true! And I hear CPD has distributed photos of Bartman with orders to arrest if he is within a mile of Wrigleyville jk!

There were players on that team who were a lot more responsible for the Cubs collapse than Bartman was.

Actually, though, all these posts demonstrate something really great, how we all pull for the underdog and admire tenacity and continuing in the face of adversity. Kinda like the folks on the Board, who WILL get the call and WILL be awesome judges! Everyone have a lovely weekend, especially if you get the holiday!
