Online Federal Employee Database

Months ago, someone posted a link to a website which reports the names and salaries of certain federal employees all around the country. I checked out the website and learned how many ALJ's were working in each of the seven locations I listed on my application. I thought it was enlightening then, and I think it would be even more enlightening now.

Does anyone know what the web address, or at least what thread the link was in?

At first it was neat. Then I realized, some of the long-term claims representatives make more money than I do. No wonder they're so nice.
