Yes. My co-worker was told in April that her appeal was granted and then was sent an email on Monday that she would be scheduled for the test. It was similiar to the email I received last year except my email had stated the period the test and interview would be conducted. My guess is that they notified you all before they reposted the job so you would not reapply. My guess also is that they would test you before the new applicants. The entire process is a mystery to me.

Has anyone who appealed their NOR score heard back from OPM on that appeal? I have not.

I appealed my score (not knowing how the components were weighted and believing that I must have gotten a low score when in reality it was an "average" score) and have not heard back at all. I thought this meant that it has high enough to be seleced and hence, why waste energy; now I am not so sure).
